As we approach our ten-year anniversary in 2026, I’ve been reflecting on the journey that brought us here. In 2016, I founded Spade Design Lab with a specific intention. The word “Lab” was a declaration of purpose: our mission wasn’t just to build brands, but to experiment, test, and relentlessly search for what really works in business growth.
For a decade, that “Lab” was our proving ground. Today, after hundreds of client journeys and countless lessons learned, the research is complete. Our experiments have produced a proven, end-to-end methodology for growth.
