WHY SPADE FOR DALLAS SEO

Search work tied to leads, not a monthly PDF

We have been building and ranking websites since 1999. Our Dallas SEO clients are mostly law firms and service businesses where a single new client is worth thousands, so the only number that matters is whether the phone rings. We track calls and forms back to the page and search that produced them, and we tell you plainly when something is not working.

SEO in Dallas, TX

Ranking in Dallas means winning a dozen small markets

“Rank in Dallas” sounds like one goal. It isn’t. Google decides local results partly on how close a business is to the person searching, so a search typed in McKinney returns a different map than the same search typed in Oak Cliff. A metro this size is really a dozen markets stacked together.

Good Dallas SEO starts by choosing which of those markets you can realistically own, then building the pages, profile and reputation to own them. Trying to win all of DFW at once is how businesses spend a year and get nowhere.

HOW DALLAS SEO RUNS

What the first six months look like

Month one: the baseline

We pull everything Google already knows about you from Search Console, your Business Profile and the directories, then map your competitors for each service in each part of DFW. You see where you rank today for the searches that matter and which ones are realistic to win first.

Months one and two: fix the foundation

Technical problems get fixed first because nothing else works until they are: speed, indexing, duplicate pages, broken redirects, missing schema. Your Business Profile gets rebuilt and your listings across the major directories get cleaned up so your name, phone and website match everywhere.

Months two through six: build and earn

New service and location pages go up on a schedule, aimed at the areas we picked. Review requests go out after every job. We earn links from local sources that matter, like chambers, industry associations and the publications your buyers read.

What results look like

Less competitive searches in outer suburbs often move within two to three months. Core Dallas terms in crowded categories usually take six months or more. We would rather tell you that up front than invoice you for a year of hope. For terms that can’t be won organically in a reasonable time, we will recommend paid search to carry the load while the organic work builds underneath.

How we report

You get performance reporting every month, written so a busy owner can read it in two minutes. And you can book a call any time for Matthew to walk you through rankings, traffic, calls and form leads on a shared screen, along with what we are doing next.

What SEO costs with us

Our search work runs on the same three monthly plans as everything else, and the numbers are public:

  • Foundation, $800 a month: the site running and looked after. Managed hosting, security, backups, Google Business Profile posts and management, review capture and response help, and unlimited small content changes.
  • Growth, $1,500 a month: where the site starts earning in search. One article a month written for your market, ongoing technical SEO, local citations and map pack work, new service and landing pages as you expand, lead routing and follow-up, and a quarterly strategy review.
  • Authority, $2,500 a month: for competitive categories like injury law or roofing. Two articles a month built into topic clusters, a quarterly press release, lead automation, conversion testing on your busiest pages, and a monthly strategy call.

Plans run 12 months, then go month to month. Pay annually and take 10 percent off. If your current site can’t support ranking, we will say so and quote the fix first, starting with a $2,500 Recovery Audit that is credited against any rebuild within 90 days.

Who this is for

Dallas law firms, home service contractors, roofers, dental and medical practices, builders and remodelers. Businesses with a real service area and a high value per client. If you sell nationally online, you need a different kind of SEO, and we will point you to someone who specializes in it.

SEO by industry in Dallas

Law firms. Injury, family and criminal defense are some of the most expensive search terms in Texas. We go after the specific questions directories ignore, like Texas filing deadlines, county court procedures and what happens after an arrest in Collin County, and build the firm’s map presence suburb by suburb. See Dallas law firm web design and SEO.

Roofers and home services. After a hail storm, search volume for roof repair in the affected suburbs jumps overnight. Contractors who already rank in those suburbs take the work. We build the area pages and the Business Profile ahead of the season, not after.

Dental and medical. Patients search by insurance, by procedure and by how close you are. Pages for each service, honest answers about cost and coverage, and steady reviews do more here than anything else.

Questions to ask any Dallas SEO company

  • Which searches will you target first, and why those? Vague answers mean there is no plan.
  • How will I know which leads came from SEO? Rankings without call and form tracking prove nothing.
  • Who writes the content, and do I approve it? Your name is on it.
  • What happens to the work if I leave? Pages, profiles and reviews should stay yours.
  • Do you build links, and where from? Paid links from unrelated sites can get you penalized.

The neighborhoods and suburbs we target

Inside Dallas: Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum, Oak Lawn, Bishop Arts and Oak Cliff, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Preston Hollow and North Dallas. Collin County: Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen and Wylie. East: Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett and Rockwall. West and north: Irving and Las Colinas, Carrollton, Addison, Lewisville and Denton. Each one gets its own plan based on where your customers live and where your competitors are weak.

WHAT MOVES DALLAS RANKINGS

The local work that actually changes results

Most of what gets sold as SEO in Dallas is a monthly report and a handful of blog posts. These are the things that move rankings for local businesses here.

How Dallas actually searches

People search by suburb, by neighborhood and by problem, rarely by your service menu. They type “roof leak repair Garland” or “criminal defense lawyer Collin County” or “dentist open Saturday Richardson.” They search at night, on a phone, in the middle of a problem. The pages that win are the ones that answer that exact question fast.

The county lines matter too. Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant counties each have their own courthouses, permit offices and search habits. For law firms and contractors especially, we build content that names the county and the courthouse, because that is how people in trouble actually search.

AI SEARCH

Showing up when Dallas buyers ask AI instead of Google

More of your buyers now get their first answer from Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT or Perplexity. Those tools pull from pages that answer a question directly, use clear structure, cite real sources and come from a business with a consistent footprint across the web. That is the same work that ranks a page in regular search, done carefully.

We structure your service pages so the answer sits near the top, keep your business details identical across every directory, and write the specific Dallas content that general sites never cover. It is the best defense we know of as search keeps changing.

What Clients Say

I have worked with Spade Design on multiple occasions in the past. They have always been fast to complete the work I requested of them and they are always giving great incite on things I don’t even use them for. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Dallas agencies range from a few hundred dollars a month to $10,000 or more. Our plans are $800, $1,500 and $2,500 a month, published on our site, with 10 percent off for annual payment.

Smaller suburbs and specific services can move in two to three months. Broad terms like a practice area plus Dallas usually take six months or longer, depending on how strong your competitors are and the state of your site.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google does not sell rankings. We guarantee the work, the transparency and an honest read on which searches are realistic.

Yes. For local searches in Dallas, the map results often get more clicks than anything below them, and those come from your Business Profile. We set it up or fix it as part of every plan.

Usually. We start with a review, and if the site has problems that will block ranking, we will tell you what they are and what fixing them costs before you commit.

The same work that ranks you in Google helps you show up in AI answers: direct answers near the top of your pages, clear structure, consistent business details everywhere and specific local content.

We advise on paid search and recommend it when organic results will take too long for a term that matters. We focus on the site and organic search, and we will tell you plainly when ads are the better spend.

Plans run 12 months, then go month to month. SEO takes months to compound, so a short trial rarely tells you anything useful.

Yes. Spanish searches in Dallas have far less competition than English ones. Our bilingual websites page explains how.
